6-8 Butter Lettuce Leaves ๐ฅฌ
1/2 cup Julienned Carrots ๐ฅ
1/2 cup Sliced Bell Peppers ๐ถ๏ธ
1 tbsp Chopped Roasted Peanuts ๐ฅ
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander ๐ฟ
Peanut-Lime Dressing ๐ฅ๐
2 tbsp Peanut Butter ๐ฅ
1 tbsp Lime Juice ๐
1 tsp Maple Syrup ๐ฏ

3๏ธโฃ Assemble the Lettuce Cups: Place tempeh, carrots, bell peppers in lettuce leaves. Drizzle with peanut-lime dressing and sprinkle with peanuts & coriander.
