REFUND RULES
Every effort is made to service orders placed following the specifications and timelines specified for a product. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered, then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.
A refund is allowed only if the product arrived defective, damaged, expired, non-consumable, or if an incorrect item was delivered.
Exchanges are not offered. If approved, a refund will be processed as applicable.
Refund request must be notified within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery. Claims raised after 1 day (24 hours) may not be eligible.
butnotmeat.com is a curated dropship marketplace. Products are shipped directly by the respective brands. Refund eligibility may be subject to brand-specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.
ORDER NOT CONFIRMED, BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED
Please contact your respective bank if the amount has been deducted, but the order has not been confirmed. The respective bank reverses the amount after 7 (seven) business days.

EXEMPTIONS
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse a refund if the claim is raised after 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.
Refunds are not available for change of mind on food, perishable, edible, or supplement items. Refunds are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered, subject to the conditions stated in this policy.
RULES FOR REQUESTING A REFUND
A refund request can be made in the following manner:

Refund shall only be considered once the Customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof (detailed reason for refund and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason).
Where possible, share photos and/or an unboxing video within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery to support verification. Refund processing will be initiated only after the request is verified and approved from our side.
RESPONSE TIME
Refunds are typically processed within 10 Business Days after checking the veracity of the refund request.
The refund period may also be affected by different banking and payment channels. We will not be held liable for any errors or delays in a refund caused by banks or third-party service providers.
CANCELLATION OF REFUND REQUEST
A request for a refund, once made, can be cancelled by contacting customer care at support@butnotmeat.com.
REFUSAL OF REFUND REQUEST
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any refund request that does not adhere to this Policy or applicable laws.
