🍌 Choco-Banana Crunch Rolls 🍫:
A crispy, golden spring roll stuffed with creamy almond butter, banana, and a drizzle of chocolate—this exotic vegan treat is simple yet indulgent!

🥜 Ingredients:
4 spring roll wrappers 🫔
2 ripe bananas 🍌 (sliced in half lengthwise)
½ cup dark chocolate chips 🍫 (vegan)
1 tbsp coconut oil 🥥
1 tbsp maple syrup 🍯 (optional, for extra sweetness)
1 tbsp sesame seeds or shredded coconut 🥥 (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Steps:
1️⃣ Prepare the Bananas: Slice each banana in half lengthwise. 🏵️
2️⃣ Assemble the Spring Rolls:
Lay a spring roll wrapper flat.
Spread 1 tbsp almond butter in the center. 🥜
Place a banana half on top and fold the sides inward.
Roll tightly and seal with a dab of water. 🌊
Repeat for the remaining rolls.
3️⃣ Cook the Spring Rolls:
Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan. 🔥
