6-8 Butter Lettuce Leaves 🥬
1/2 cup Julienned Carrots 🥕
1/2 cup Sliced Bell Peppers 🌶️
1 tbsp Chopped Roasted Peanuts 🥜
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander 🌿
Peanut-Lime Dressing 🥜🍋
2 tbsp Peanut Butter 🥜
1 tbsp Lime Juice 🍋
1 tsp Maple Syrup 🍯
1 tsp Sriracha 🌶️
1 tbsp Water (to thin) 💦

Steps 📌
1️⃣ Cook the Tempeh: Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, cook Tempeh Thins for 90 sec per side until crispy. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
2️⃣ Make the Dressing: Whisk together peanut butter, lime juice, maple syrup, sriracha, and water until smooth.
