Hemp Protein Hummus Dip😋🌱:
A quick, creamy, and nutritious dip with a protein boost.

Ingredients:
🥣 1 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
     (available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🥫 1 cup cooked chickpeas (or canned, drained)
🧄 1 clove garlic
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
🥄 2 tbsp tahini
🥄 2 tbsp olive oil
🧂 Salt to taste
🌿 Paprika or parsley for garnish (optional)

Steps:
(1) Blend ingredients: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, and Hemp Protein Powder. Blend until smooth.
(2) Adjust consistency: Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, if needed, to achieve your desired consistency.
(3) Garnish and serve: Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika or parsley. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or veggies.
