Preparation

Easily whip up a plant-based egg alternative with PlantMade Vegetarian Anda Powder! Simply pull out the pouch, where 1 pouch equals the equivalent of 2-3 eggs. Add 15gm of Anda Powder (2-3 full scoops) to 60ml of water and 10ml of oil. Blend the mixture in a mixer for 30 seconds, then pour the batter onto a non-stick frying pan. Cook on medium heat for at least 2 minutes, and voila – you've got a delicious, plant-based egg ready to enjoy!
