Almonds are the richest source of protein and fibre among tree nuts. Sourced from the best, truly raw, certified organic almonds, long-soaked in a saline solution of filtered water and Mountain Spring Salt. This activation process minimises or eliminates enzyme inhibitors, phytates (phytic acid), polyphenols (tannins), and goitrogens (all of which were added by Mother Nature to prevent the precious seeds being eaten and digested). A gentle drying process (at temperatures below 47ºC) ensures the nuts remain in their nutritious, raw state.
