Preparation

Serving Size (125 grams)
1. Convection Oven:
Thaw the product in the refrigerator (0-4°C) for 12-16 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Add the chunks to the tray and brush lightly with some oil. Cook for about 7-8 minutes until internal core temperature reaches 74°C/165°F.

2. Pan Sear:
Thaw the product in the refrigerator (0-4°C) for 12-16 hours.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
Add the product to the heated pan & cook it by turning it in between.
Cook the chunks for 11-12 minutes until the internal core temperature reaches 74°C/165°F.
