Savoury Protein-Rich Avocado Toast 🥑🌱:
A delicious, protein-packed vegan snack featuring NACK Plant Protein Powder with a creamy avocado twist.

Ingredients:
🥤 1 scoop Plant Protein Powder (Unflavoured)
     (available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🍞 1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
🥑 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
🍋 A squeeze of lemon juice
🌶️ A pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌿 Garnish: Microgreens or fresh herbs (optional)

Steps:
(1) Prepare the protein mix: In a small bowl, mix the Plant Protein Powder with a teaspoon of lemon juice or olive oil to form a smooth paste.
