Smoked Plant-Based Sliders 🍔🌱:

Ingredients:
🥞 2 Grilled Smoked Patties

🍞 4 mini slider buns or dinner rolls
🥗 1/4 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
🍅 2 slices of tomato, halved
🥒 4 cucumber slices
🥄 2 tbsp vegan mayo or smoky BBQ sauce
Steps:
(1) Cook the patties: Heat the patties in a pan or air fryer for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
(2) Toast the buns: Lightly toast the slider buns or rolls for a crisp edge.
(3) Assemble the sliders: Spread vegan mayo or BBQ sauce on each bun. Layer with shredded lettuce, half a patty, tomato, and cucumber slices.
