Ashwagandha Spiced Hot Chocolate 😋🌱:
Warm up with this cozy, Ashwagandha Spiced Hot Chocolate—a creamy, chocolatey delight infused with stress-relieving ashwagandha and warming spices.

Ingredients:
🥛 1 cup plant-based milk (oat or almond)
🍫 1 tbsp cocoa powder
🍯 1 tsp maple syrup (or jaggery)

✨ ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

🧂 A pinch of sea salt

🍦 ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Steps:
1️⃣ In a small saucepan, heat plant-based milk over low heat.

2️⃣ Whisk in cocoa powder, ashwagandha, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.

3️⃣ Sweeten with maple syrup and add vanilla extract for extra flavour.
