🧈 ½ cup Emkay Lite
🧂 ¼ tsp salt
🌿 ¼ tsp turmeric powder (for colour)
🥄 ¼ tsp baking soda
🧊 5 ice cubes

Steps:
1️⃣ Whisk it up – In a bowl, add Emkay Lite, salt, turmeric, and baking soda.
2️⃣ Chill & Whip – Drop in ice cubes and whisk vigorously until the mixture turns pale, fluffy, and slightly airy.

3️⃣ Set & Serve – Transfer to a container and freeze for 30-45 minutes until firm.
