🌱 Tandoori Tempeh Sandwich 🌱

Tandoori Tempeh Sandwich😋🌱:

A delicious, protein-rich sandwich with bold tandoori flavours.

Ingredients:
🍞 2 slices of whole-grain or sourdough bread
🥣 2-3 pieces of Hello Tempayy Tandoori Tempeh Thins
     (available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🥗 1/4 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
🍅 2 slices of tomato
🥒 2 slices of cucumber
🥄 1 tbsp vegan mayo

Steps:
(1) Cook the tempeh: Heat oil in a pan and cook the Tandoori Tempeh Thins for 90 seconds on each side on medium flame.
(2) Toast the bread: Lightly toast the bread slices for a crisp texture.
(3) Assemble the sandwich: Spread vegan mayo on one side of each bread slice. Layer with shredded lettuce, cooked tempeh, tomato slices, and cucumber.
(4) Serve: Close the sandwich and cut it in half. Serve fresh!
