🌱 Spicy Millet Stir-Fry 🌱
A quick, flavourful, and nutritious meal packed with vegetables and spices.
Ingredients:
🍚 1/2 cup cooked Organic Foxtail Millet

🥕 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
🌶️ 1/2 tsp Spiced Right Chettinad Masala (or any other spice mix you like)

🥄 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
🧂 Salt to taste
🌿 Fresh coriander for garnish (optional)
Steps:
(1) Cook the millet: Cook 1/2 cup of foxtail millet in 1 cup water until tender (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
(2) Stir-fry the veggies: Heat oil in a pan, and sauté the chopped veggies on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until tender.
(3) Add spices: Sprinkle in the Chettinad masala and salt, then stir to coat the veggies evenly.
(4) Combine millet and veggies: Add the cooked millet to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavours to mix.
(5) Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately for a tasty and spicy meal!
