Quinoa Muesli Crunch Bars with Maple Drizzle 🍯🍫:

🍫 100g vegan dark chocolate, melted
🥥 2 tbsp coconut oil, for silky chocolate texture
🌰 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
🍯 1 tbsp maple syrup (plus extra for drizzling)

🌿 Pinch of sea salt, for balance

Steps:
1️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave (20-sec bursts) or double boiler.

2️⃣ Mix muesli, almond butter, and maple syrup in a bowl until combined.

3️⃣ Press the mixture into a parchment-lined tray, making a compact, even layer.

4️⃣ Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the muesli layer.

5️⃣ Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes until firm.

6️⃣ Drizzle extra maple syrup on top before slicing into bars.
