Hemp Trail Mix Energy Bars 😋🌱:

A quick and nutritious vegan snack combining the goodness of Hemp Trail Mix.

Ingredients:
🥄 1/2 cup Hemp Trail Mix
     (available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🍯 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
🥜 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
     (available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🌾 1/4 cup rolled oats
     (available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🥥 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)

Steps:
(1) Prepare the mixture: Combine the trail mix, rolled oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Stir well until evenly mixed.
(2) Shape into bars: Press the mixture firmly into a flat, rectangular shape on a lined plate or tray.
(3) Optional topping: Sprinkle shredded coconut or extra trail mix on top and press lightly to set.
(4) Chill: Refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
(5) Cut and serve: Slice into rectangular bars and enjoy as a wholesome, energy-packed snack.
