Fiery Malaysian Chilli Stir-Fry Noodles🔥🍜:
Get ready for a bold, smoky, and fiery Malaysian-inspired stir-fry! These Malaysian Fiery Chilli Noodles transform into a sizzling wok-tossed delight. Perfect for spice lovers craving a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🫑 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
🥕 1/4 cup julienned carrots
🥬 1/4 cup bok choy or spinach (optional)
🌶️ 1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional, for extra heat)
🥢 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
🥜 1 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts for crunch
🍋 1 tsp lime juice
🌿 Fresh coriander or spring onions for garnish
🛢 1 tbsp sesame or sunflower oil for stir-frying

Steps:
1️⃣ Cook the noodles: Boil water, cook noodles for 45 seconds, drain, and set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the aromatics: Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3️⃣ Toss in veggies: Add bell peppers, carrots, and bok choy. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4️⃣ Add flavour: Toss in cooked noodles, tastemaker, soy sauce, and chilli flakes. Stir well for 1 minute.

5️⃣ Garnish & serve: Finish with lime juice, crushed peanuts, and fresh coriander. Serve immediately!
