1. Boil Noodles:
Bring water to a boil, add noodles, and cook for 8-10 minutes till soft. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Sauté Veggies:
In a pan, heat oil. Add chopped veggies and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep them slightly crunchy). Finely chopped garlic and red chilli flakes can also be added to oil to make chilli garlic noodles.
3. Add Masala:
Add the masalas of your choice (salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, oregano seasoning) to the veggies and mix well. Add boiled noodles to the pan. Toss everything gently till well combined.
