Ingredients

Foxtail millet flour, Whole wheat flour, Cluster bean powder, and Iodised salt.

Preparation

1. Boil Pasta:
Bring water to a boil, add pasta, and cook for 7-8 minutes (macaroni) and 8-9 minutes(penne) till soft. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Sauté Veggies:
In a pan, heat oil. Add chopped veggies and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep them slightly crunchy). Finely chopped garlic, butter, and red chilli flakes can also be added to oil for flavour.
3. Add Sauce and Masala:
Add your favourite sauce, season with the masalas of your choice (salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, oregano seasoning) to the veggies and mix well. Add boiled pasta to the pan. Toss everything gently till well combined.
4. Serve Hot:
Enjoy your delicious, millet-rich pasta—healthy, never tasted this good! Millieartth foxtail millet pasta can also be used in making cold salads.
