Preparation

Rinse Poha: Gently rinse poha in a strainer. Let it sit for 5–7 minutes to soften. 2. Temper: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts, and chopped onion. Sauté till golden. 3. Add Poha: Add softened poha, salt, and green chillies. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander. 4.
