Step 1: For 1 packet of Millet Pancake Mix (150g), add 1/2 cup plant-based milk (120ml) and 3 tbsp melted plant-based butter or plant-based ghee. Stir well into a smooth batter and make sure the batter stands for five minutes before cooking.

Step 2: Warm a flat non-stick pan to medium heat. Add plant-based butter to the pan. Pour the batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both sides.

Step 3: Serve the pancake with plant-based butter and syrup, fresh fruits, a few nuts or peanut butter.
