1) Boil water in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil (optional).

2) Add the Jowar Pasta to the boiling water.

3) Boil for just 4-5 minutes until the pasta becomes tender yet firm (al dente).

4) Drain the water and rinse with cold water to stop further cooking.

5) Toss with your favourite sauce, veggies, or seasonings and serve hot!
