Vegan Cheese Quesadilla:

🌮 1 large tortilla or flatbread
🥗 1/4 cup diced veggies (e.g., bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes)
🥑 1 tbsp guacamole or salsa for dipping (optional)
(1) Assemble the quesadilla: Place the tortilla on a flat surface and layer it with cheese slices and diced veggies; then place another tortilla over it.
(2) Fold and heat: Fold the tortilla in half and heat on a pan over medium heat until the cheese melts and the tortilla turns golden brown (about 1-2 minutes per side).
