Korean BBQ Tempeh Roll
A quick and protein-packed snack or meal using Tempeh Thins.
🥪 1 whole-grain tortilla or flatbread
🥗 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
🥕 1 small carrot, julienned (optional)
🥓 4-5 pieces of 'Korean BBQ Tempayy Thins' (available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🥣 1 tbsp vegan mayo or garlic sauce
🌶️ A pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Steps:
1. Prepare the base: Lay the tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of vegan mayo or garlic sauce.
2. Add veggies: Place shredded lettuce and julienned carrots in the center.
3. Add Tempeh Thins: Layer the Tempeh Thins over the veggies.
4. Roll it up: Fold the tortilla sides inward, then roll tightly. Slice in half for easier serving.
5. Optional spice: Sprinkle chilli flakes for an extra kick.
