Ingredients:
🥕 Veggies: 1/2 red onion (sliced), 1 sweet potato (diced), 1 bell pepper (diced), 1 cup kale (chopped)
🥥 Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
🧂 Seasoning: Sea salt & black pepper to taste

Hemp Hearts Sauce:
🌰 Indus Hemp - Hemp Hearts: 2 tbsp
🥜 Cashews: 1 tbsp, soaked
💧 Water: 2 tbsp
🧀 Nutritional Yeast: 1 tbsp
🍋 Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
🧄 Garlic: 1 clove, minced

Steps:
1️⃣ Sauté Veggies: Heat olive oil in a pan, toss in onions, sweet potatoes & bell peppers. Cook for 5 mins until slightly tender. Add kale & sauté for 2 more mins.
2️⃣ Blend Sauce: In a blender, combine all sauce ingredients & blend until smooth. Add water for desired consistency.
3️⃣ Assemble & Serve: Place sautéed veggies in a bowl, drizzle with hemp hearts sauce & enjoy fresh!
