Creamy Vegan Hot Chocolate:
🥛 2 tbsp Emkay Instant Soy Milk Powder

🍫 1 tbsp vegan cocoa powder
🍯 1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)
A rich, plant-based hot chocolate that's quick and easy to prepare.

🍫 1 tbsp vegan cocoa powder
🍯 1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)
🌿 A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish
Steps:
(1) Prepare the soy milk: Mix Instant Soy Milk Powder with 1 cup of water in a small saucepan and stir until smooth.
(2) Add cocoa: Whisk in the cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
(3) Sweeten and heat: Add maple syrup if desired, and heat the mixture over medium heat until warm (do not boil).
(4) Serve and garnish: Pour into a mug, sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg, and enjoy immediately!
