Chettinad Masala Stir-Fried Potatoes:

A quick and flavourful dish packed with bold, authentic Chettinad spices.

Ingredients:
🥔 1 cup boiled and cubed potatoes
🧂 1 tbsp Spiced Right Chettinad Masala
      (available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🥄 1 tbsp oil (coconut or vegetable oil)

      (coconut oil available on www.butnotmeat.com)
🌿 Fresh curry leaves
🧅 2 chopped onions

Steps:
(1) Heat the oil: In a pan, heat oil on medium and sauté the chopped onions and curry leaves until aromatic.
(2) Add the potatoes: Toss the boiled potato cubes into the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
(3) Sprinkle the masala: Add the Chettinad Masala and mix well, ensuring the potatoes are evenly coated.
(4) Cook and serve: Stir-fry for another minute and serve hot as a snack or side dish.
